1. Order Cancellation & Modification

🚫 ​Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled ​before production or shipping begins.
  • Once the product is ​packed, shipped, or in production, cancellations/modifications are ​not permitted.

🔒 ​Customized Products

  • ​No cancellations, changes, or returns for personalized items (e.g., custom names/numbers).
  • Orders are ​final once payment is processed (per [Consumer Rights Directive Art.16(c)]).

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns ​within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

✅ ​Allowed

  • ​Non-Customized Items: Standard Products (no personalization).
  • ​Unused & Original Condition: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags/packaging intact.
  • ​Proof of Purchase: Must include order number and receipt.

❌ ​Exclusions

  • Customized Products.
  • Items damaged by customer mishandling.
  • Products with broken seals, stains, or altered packaging.

3. Return Process

📮 ​Step 1: Contact Us

Email office@lamboldsport.com ​within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (for defective/wrong items)

✔️ ​Step 2: Approval

  • Our team will review within ​3 business days.
  • If approved, a return address will be provided.

📦 ​Step 3: Ship Back

  • Use ​tracked & insured shipping (customer covers return fees).
  • Processing time: Up to ​14 business days after receipt.

4. Refunds

💸 ​Approved Returns

  • Refund issued to original payment method within ​14 business days.
  • ​Deductions: Non-defective returns exclude original shipping costs.

🛠️ ​Defective/Incorrect Items

  • Full refund (including shipping) if validated.

5. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items

🚨 ​Immediate Action Required

Contact us within ​48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • Incorrect products
  • Defective products (e.g., manufacturing flaws)

Provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos/video of the issue
  3. Delivery address & contact details

6. Late/Missing Refunds

If refund is delayed:

  1. Check bank/card statement (3-10 business days processing).
  2. Contact your bank/card issuer.
